Technicians came and showed them where my furnace was. They explained every step of the process to me. When they were finished they showed me everything that they completed. A new ecobee thermostat was installed. They walked me through the process of set up and showed me how to use They conducted maintenance on my air conditioning unit and spent about two hours cleaning it. It was really dirty, sorry guys! They cleaned up after themselves. Couldn’t had better service.
